Terry Reilly Health Services (TRHS), was the first and is still the largest community health center in Idaho. It receives federal financial assistance to serve the low-income uninsured population in general, migrant and seasonal farm workers, and the homeless. Its clinics (five medical, four dental, and eight sites with behavioral health services) are in the populous southwest corner of Idaho. The service area includes Boise (state capitol) and all of Ada County, Canyon County, and the western portion of Owyhee County. TRHS provides comprehensive primary care services, including many special preventive health services initiatives. In 2004, TRHS provided medical services for 20,487 individuals and dental services for 6,151 individuals.
